How we work
Do you work same-day or take urgent jobs?
We don't work without a booking. Everything runs on a prior appointment: you book a slot on the calendar and we sort it out then, not before and not in the middle of something else.
Do you visit my office or premises?
Rarely. Normally all the work happens remotely, over a video call. We only show up on-site when the case genuinely requires it.
How quickly do you reply?
The same day, Monday to Friday, 9:30 to 4:00.
Is remote support safe?
Yes. We only access your screen with your explicit permission, at the moment you authorize it. We never access a machine without you knowing.
Repair and individuals
Do you repair phones?
No. We work with laptops and desktop computers, not phones.
Do you repair tablets?
No. We focus on laptops and desktop computers.
Do you collect the laptop if I'm not in Madrid?
Yes, anywhere in Spain, via private courier. Conditions and timing vary by area, so check with us before sending it.
How much does a repair diagnosis cost?
€20 (VAT not included). You'll always know before we touch anything.
Do you work with individuals?
Only for laptop and desktop repair (ES). The rest of our services (web, AI, hosting, POS) are aimed at companies and freelancers.
Companies and agencies
Do you work with marketing, SEO or other agencies?
Yes, white-label: we do the technical work and the agency presents it to their client under their own brand. More on how we work with agencies (ES).
Can you train my team?
Yes, both for AI processes and so your team can manage a newly delivered website.
Do you do monthly maintenance or only one-off fixes?
Both: scheduled periodic maintenance, and one-off support when something comes up.

Can I get a fast, affordable website?

Does the AI you set up keep my data?
